# Take-Profit / Stop-Loss

Secure gains or cut losses with DVX's TP/SL market orders.

#### TP / SL

1. The order executes when it reaches the trigger price.
2. Designate a TP/SL Order.
3. Specify a price to automatically trigger order execution.

DVX supports <mark style="color:purple;">**TP/SL (Take Profit/Stop Loss) orders**</mark>, trigger orders designed to close your position at a specified price to secure profits or limit losses.&#x20;

DVX's TP/SL mechanism triggers market orders upon reaching the specified price, which may result in additional slippage due to conditions at third-party exchanges or network circumstances.
